I've had a copy of this of from 1895, and I finally found the digital version. You can see that there was once lines to nearly every city and town across the state. The map is a little difficult to read (and compressed a bit by Mastodon), but most of it is there.
However, even this very comprehensive map doesn't show every line (there's a least two more that don't show up here for some reason), and it doesn't include the interurbans.
