I made this for my friend's kiddo, to brighten up her bedroom a bit.
I got the map as part of a mailing from MSF (Doctors Without Borders). It's mod podged to a backer board, with acrylic paint to fill out the blue. I drew the outer decorations with markers on cardstock and cut them out so I could try out different placements.
It feels like it's missing something still But I was stumped for a while and decided it was better done than perfect.
